He brings steadfast focus, honest understanding, and strong leadership to AvilaCare. He has the ideal skill set for the mutual enrichment of residents and staff.

As the Chief Financial Officer at AvilaCare, John spearheads the financial architecture of the organization, providing expert oversight in areas such as corporate accounting, financial planning, taxation, and capital investment strategies. His leadership extends to forging strong relationships with banking institutions and maintaining fiscal responsibility. Before joining AvilaCare, John ran a specialized memory care facility for 17 years and brings a unique blend of strategic acumen and compassionate leadership to his role.
